Come and see our packing shed from our newly opened Viewing Platform, where you’ll get a birds eye view of our workers packing up to 70,000 punnets of strawberries a day. Enjoy a whole range of strawberry delights in our café, open 7 days a week from 7am – 5pm.

Gowinta Farms was established in 1948, more than 60 years and four generations later it has evolved into one of the Sunshine Coasts premier farming enterprises. Employing more than 250 people seasonally with the majority of seasonal staff residing at Gowinta Farms private 56 site Caravan Park complete with full amenities.

We’re the Sunshine Coast largest strawberry producer with 150 acres of strawberries that supply major supermarket chains throughout Australia and New Zealand. Our 2 million pineapple plants produce an abundance of fruit for Golden Circle and the fresh fruit market. Our greenhouses produce cucumbers and vine ripened tomato’s all year round and there’s over 10,000 lychee trees which will produce their second yield this year.
